American Mafia- Made In New York

Album Review

By: Allyson Kingsley,  Music Journalist

Boston Rock Radio

Picture it: the decadence of the late 80s, fast muscle cars, big hair, and rock and roll romping out of almost every speaker. American Mafia delivers that hedonistic good-times throwback feel with their album Made In New York. This classic hard rock number will tease your nether regions, think Whitesnake, Bulletboys, Dokken. Starring vocalist Don Chaffin, bassist Freddy Villano, guitarist Tom Jude, and drummer Bobby Marks, they caress you with this seductive feast.

“Superstar” and “When London Sleeps" are full of texture and depth with flawless majestic lead guitar licks and solos, power riffs, titillating bass and stormful drumming. Ballad-like “Lead the Way" is silky smooth but packs a punch. Don Chaffin's vocal range and delivery are sexy and svelte, giving deep composition and delectable caliber to each track.

Crank this tasty delicacy up!! This album will lodge nicely In the pleasure center of your head. Give us more please.
