Let the Music Do the Talkin’

Lions Pride Music

Release Date:  July 30, 2018

Album review by Allyson Kingsley Music Journalist with Boston Rock Radio

When you think of a hard rock band from Los Angeles you may be transported back to a time when rock was fun, debauchery fueled, with that Sunset Strip swagger and the long hair and beers flowing. The band Rox Diamond with album Let the Music Do the Talk will revive those good times with a modern touch.

The members are Paul Daniels, lead vocalist and keyboardist, Kevin Achenbach, guitarist, Elliot Mayhew, bassist, and drummer Mike Hansen and they kick some lean mean ass. Smooth vocal delivery and engaging guitar riffs can be felt on songs like “Get the Lead Out" and “Rock Bottom."  There's even a very decent ballad “Lovin' You” amongst the 12 full tracks.

Kick back and relive an era when music was catchy and lead to a blast of a time. Rox Diamond leave behind them a wake of feelgood.
